Festivals and Events at which you can safely expect to see
one, some, or all of us playing and flying.

No doubt the list will grow as the festival period approaches. Other than these dates and places, TKF fliers have been known, on occasion, to even travel outside Norfolk ! Look for the club banner at events near you. Come and say hello.

PLEASE NOTE – THE SECOND AND FOURTH SUNDAYS WILL BE AT YARMOUTH NORTH BEACH. THE FIRST, THIRD AND FIFTH WILL BE AT THORPE REC. BUT NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO 1000 FEET ON THE FIRST SUNDAY UNTIL OCTOBER
AS THERE WILL BE CAR BOOT SALES ON THE FIRST SUNDAY UNTIL OCTOBER THERE WILL BE NO POINT IN FLYING AT THORPE BECAUSE CAR PARKING WILL BE DIFFICULT

Probably max of 50. Bring packed lunch, coffee/tea provided	Kite workshop and supervise the flying

Saturday/Sunday September 12/13	Bristol Festival of Kites etc.
Sunday September 20th	1000 feet Thorpe rec.
Sat/Sun September 19/20	Margate Kite Festival
October 11th	One Sky One World Yarmouth North Beach We have decided to combine this with a collection for Children in Need instead of the night fly in November.	1500 hours count	Yarmouth North Beach. Gt. Yarmouth Council have agreed to publicise and have offered to help with fencing etc.	We will arrange to have collecting tins on the promenade and will advertise before the event.
Sat/Sun October 17/18	Wind Bow Construction at Helen Howes at Raveningham	BOTH DAYS 1100 – 1700 not before 1100	Those who are not sure please let me know and I will let you have a map.	Those with their own sewing machines please bring them. There are lots of jobs for those who do not wish to sew.	Bring your own packed lunch – there will be teas/coffees etc provided.
